Monthly Report - September 2018
Strategic Community Plan
The City is undertaking a review of our Strategic Community Plan, and we want to hear from as many City of Bayswater residents, ratepayers and business owners as possible.
Give your feedback online https://bit.ly/2CggqAR
Play Space Strategy
The City is reviewing all of their current play spaces and looking at different ways of providing play experiences to the community in the future. They'd like to know where your favourite play spaces are and which parks and places you like to go to, so they can get an idea of what you would like to see in your local area.
The City will then take your feedback and work on a strategy to plan, design and implement play spaces in the future. This doesn't mean they are changing all the current play spaces and playgrounds; they want to hear from the community about what works and what doesn't so they can do things better.
Click on the Play Spaces Map tab on this link (https://engage.bayswater.wa.gov.au/play-space-strategy). To drop a pin you will be asked to sign in; this is to gather demographic information only. Drop as many pins as you like to tell us the local parks and places you go to and what you would like to see in the future. The map will close at 5pm on Friday, 5 October 2018.
Come to one of our community listening posts at the City of Bayswater libraries and use the mapping tool or contribute your idea to our ideas tree. Drop in anytime during the following sessions:
